Terms and Conditions 4cuci — Clear and Fair Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 4cuci ("Platform", "we", "4cuci"). By accessing or using this Platform in any way, including registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you ("User", "Member", "you") confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms.

Use of the 4cuci platform is subject to these Terms together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which are incorporated into this document by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The effective date of these Terms is as stated at the top of this document. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to members via their registered email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the 4cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher. 4cuci takes the protection of minors very seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Location: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 4cuci is not liable for any breach of local laws committed by users.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be restricted by any legal prohibition from using gambling services.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
• Non-4cuci Employees: Full-time staff, contractors, and immediate family members of 4cuci employees are not permitted to register as players.

By registering an account at 4cuci, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Update your information promptly if any changes occur, especially your email address and phone number.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify the 4cuci support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4cuci reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or close any account suspected of providing false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating any part of these Terms without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including activities carried out by third parties using your login credentials with or without your knowledge.

Deposit: The minimum deposit at 4cuci is RM10. All deposits are processed through approved payment methods including FPX, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local debit cards. 4cuci does not currently accept payments via credit card or cryptocurrency.

Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is RM30. All withdrawals are processed automatically within 15 minutes for players who have completed the KYC process. For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits, additional verification may be required and may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• 4cuci reserves the right to request proof of account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cash balances are eligible for withdrawal.

4cuci does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.

4cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms that must be followed. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each promotion's details. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus: Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, will result in all bonuses being voided and the associated accounts terminated.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-calendar-day period and credited every Monday. Cashback is not subject to any additional wagering requirements.

All games on the 4cuci platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by eCOGRA and iTech Labs. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 4cuci itself.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 4cuci reserves the right to void or replay the affected rounds based on system records.
• Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing. 4cuci is not liable for losses resulting from a dropped connection.
• Submitted bets cannot be cancelled. Please review your wagering amount before confirming.
• In Fish Shooting Games, every shot fired will be deducted from your credit balance regardless of whether the fish escapes.

4cuci uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. While we take strict security measures, you are also responsible for protecting your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or support agents claiming to be from 4cuci — our staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.
• Check your transaction notification emails regularly and report any unrecognized activity immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4cuci platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the system, manipulate games, or exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Money Laundering: Using the 4cuci platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimize illegal funds.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play or place bets automatically.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the same platform.
• Sharing Your Account with Others: Selling, lending, or transferring your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

4cuci uses advanced fraud detection technology that monitors all account activity in real time. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

Closure at the Member's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 4cuci support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all cash balances from your account. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be paid out.

Closure initiated by 4cuci: 4cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account inactive for more than 12 months with no transactions.
• Upon instruction from relevant authorities or a court order.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, 4cuci reserves the right to hold account balances while an investigation is conducted. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be fully forfeited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4cuci and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the 4cuci platform.
• Any service disruption, technical delay, or system error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Game results you consider unfair but have been verified as valid by the RNG system.
• Financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the platform.

4cuci's maximum liability to any user for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

4cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• In-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect.
• Email to your registered email address for significant changes.
• Last updated on the date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 4cuci platform after notice of changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
